Reserve Regalia
All faculty and administrators who wish to participate in Commencement, must fill out the regalia form by March 20.
If your request is received after March 20, the Danforth and Medical Campus bookstores will do their best to provide you with your requests.

Deans and Faculty Assembly Point
Deans and faculty should assemble and robe in Holmes Lounge at 8 a.m. on the morning of Commencement. The procession begins promptly at 8:25 a.m.
Regalia Pick up and Returns

PICKUP
May 11–15, 2020
10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, May 13
10 a.m.-7 p.m. Thurs., May 14
Rental regalia will be available for pickup in the bookstore, lower level coursebook area, Mallinckrodt Center. You will be required to present your university photo ID to claim your order.
The campus store opens early, at 7:30 a.m., on Fri., May 15.
RETURNS
May 15–17, 2020
Rental regalia must be returned no later than Sunday, May 17, 2019. On May 17, return regalia to the lower level of the Danforth Campus store.

Medical Campus
PICKUP
May 11–15, 2020
Rental regalia may be picked up at the Medical Campus bookstore during hours of operation. You must present a university photo ID to claim your order.
Hours are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
RETURNS
May 15–22, 2020
Rental regalia must be returned no later than Friday, May 22. Returns can be made following the Doctor of Medicine recognition ceremony at America’s Center or at the Medical Campus bookstore (map).
