Michael Bloomberg to deliver Commencement address

Michael R. Bloomberg, 108th mayor of New York City and founder of Bloomberg LP and Bloomberg Philanthropies, will deliver the 2019 Commencement address according to Chancellor Mark S. Wrighton.

Chancellor Wrighton made the announcement to the Class of 2019 during the annual Senior Class Toast on Thursday, April 4, in the Danforth University Center. Read more.

Congratulations, 2019 Graduates!

The all university Commencement ceremony will be Friday, May 17, 2019, at 8:30 a.m. rain or shine. Tickets are not needed for Commencement. Seats are available first come, first served. Please note, students will also be recognized at individual school ceremonies taking place May 14–17. Be sure to check the calendar of events for ceremonies affiliated with your school and program.
